Description
Drawworks are core power equipment for drilling and repair operations in oil and gas fields. They are responsible for raising and lowering drill strings and traction of heavy objects. They feature precise speed regulation, high load-bearing capacity, and resistance to harsh conditions, ensuring efficient and safe construction.
Features & Benefits
1.The drawworks are complete in series and have single and double drum and multiple shaft structures and driven mechanically or electrically; the main and auxiliary brakes are reasonable in arrangement to meet the requirement of the power transmission and drilling/workover operation of the drilling rig and workover rig.
2.The drawworks are subjected to (hydraulic, air, electrical) centralized control to make the operation convenient.
3.The gearbox of electrically driven drawworks is big modulus, hard tooth flank type gear with forced lubrication.
4.The design and manufacture of the drawworks conform to API Spec 7K standard.
