Technical Feature of DC Electric Drilling Rig:

Adopting advanced AC-SCR-DC technology;

Both swing lift and sling –shot parallel-integrated substructures with 9m and 10.5m floor height are optional. All parts on rig floor and masts are installed on ground and raised with drawworks power; Main brake of drawworks can be hydraulic disc brake or band brake; rotary table is driven by drawworks power through compound drive or by an independent motor. In addition, emergency device is provided to drive rotary table via drawworks once in emergency for reliable drilling operations; logic control, supervision and maintenance during complete drilling operations are available by PLC processes. The drilling data can be stored, printed and remote transmitted. All operations by driller can be completed in the cabin for better working conditions and less working strengths; top drive drilling system can be equipped.

Integrated skid rail may be provided to meet requirements for cluster well drilling.

Technical Features of AC VFC Drilling Rig

Intelligent driller control, as well as storage, printing and remote transmission of data are all realized by PLC. Broadband high-power remote drive enables stepless speed regulation of drawworks, rotary table and mud pump in the whole course; the combination of hydraulic disc brake and regenerative braking provides reliable performance; Automatic bit feeding system monitors tripping and drilling conditions in real time; intelligent traveling block prevents “up impact and down smashing”

Requirement for position transfer among wells during well drilling can be met; protection and monitoring on MCC system.
