Description
The high pressure swivel elbow is a metal
pipe joint with ball bearings, specificatons 1"-4", models incude
model 10/20/30/50/60/80/100. Rated working pressure 14-140MPa
(2,000psi-20,000psi), Temperature Rating -29ºC~121ºC (level P-U), available at
room temperaute, low temperature and sulfur-containing gas condistions of
various models of movable elbows and repair kits.
There are two types of swivel elbow: long
radius and short radius. The long radius swivel elbow has a smooth diameter,
which can minimize the resistance of liquid passing through. The resistance of
fluid to the wall thickness at the bend is better than the short radius. Swevel
elbow blank bending is formed on CNC machine tools, the uniform wall thickness
and long service life. The wall thickness difference of the inside and outside
arcs reaches FMC standard; The three-lane design of the swivel elbow can bear
the heavy load and radial load more effectively, which makes the pipeline
vibration less stable when bearing pressure and changeable load. The connection
size of all the specifications of the products is completely in accordance with
the Amercian standard, and can be interchangeable wih similar products of FMC
Company.
