Mud Cleaner

Mud Cleaner is a integrated solids control equipment that combines desilter & desander. so it can achieve high efficiency of drilling mud treatment.

According to the different requirement of solids control system, normally in O&G sector, mud cleaner can equips with one or two pcs 10" hydrocyclones. and the quantity of the desilter hydrocyclones also rely on the processing capacity of the whole mud solids control system.

Desilter is the third stage of drilling fluids solids control system. It can remove the solids with size from 15-74μm.

Desilter is available only with desilter hydrocyclones, or combine hycyclones & under-flow shale shaker. and the underflow shale shaker is usually small, and with one set vibration motor.

According to the desilter processing requirement, the hydrocyclones can be 4, 6, 8, 12 pcs, or more. and desilter hycyclones can also combine with desander cycloens & shale shaker to working as high efficiency mud cleaner. If the required quantity for desilter cycloens is more than 12 pcs, it can be circular.
